  • Available where a suitable internet connection is available.
  • SIP trunks are not suitable for life threatening situations, you will not be able to call emergency services if there is a power loss or Broadband fault/disconnection. These SIP trunks are not for the use of emergency services.
  • Subject to a service quality check. Voice quality depends on internet speed, line quality, congestion etc. Once numbers are ported to Cirus Networks, they cannot be ported away past the local exchange.
  • SIP Trunks are not compatible with some applications such as back to base alarms, EFTPOS, Hicaps machines etc.
